During our call or email response, we will book a time to come see the house, We will meet with you to learn more about your needs and to see the overall condition of the property. We will visually inspect: the foundation, roof, mechanical and electrical panel. This usually takes about 15 minutes.
Approximately 1-2 days after viewing the property, we will present you an offer and walk you through all the details. At this time there is no pressure to sign or make a decision. Takes as much time as you need to think things over, or even have a lawyer review the offer.
If you are happy with the offer, we will both sign and give a copy to our lawyers. Closing date comes, and you get paid! Its that easy!
